Tip of the week: Why did you send me so many emails?!

To all of you BandPagers out there that received numerous, unexpected emails from us claiming, “Your BandPage Support case has been closed”, we are very sorry.

Starting a little over a week ago there was a glitch in the support software that we use, and it resulted in some of you getting the same notification email over and over again.  We use the leading support software in the industry, but sometimes even the best can break.  Thankfully, we were able to get it resolved.

In this particular case, the outbox we use for the bulk of our sent emails was generating the same email and sending it on repeat to many of you.  You responded with completely understandable frustration and we are very sorry that we cluttered up your inbox.  We hope that you can find it in your hearts to forgive us because at the end of the day, all we really want to do is help you share your music anyway!

If for any reason you continue to get case closed emails, please let us know and we will make it a point to deal with it immediately.
